    Removal of Broadcast tower Featured on Global News Lethbridge

    On December 23, 2016 Waybest Tower Inc. got the opportunity to be featured on the Global News Lethbridge 6:00pm news. Project Manager, Scott Smith, along with his crew were in Lethbridge to remove a radio broadcast tower from the top of Sandman Hotel.     100m Self Support CSA C37-13 Tower Inspections

    Earlier this year our crew completed some inspections on several 100m self support towers. Though it was -20C, our crew enjoyed the opportunity to do lots of repelling. (Major tower inspections were performed according to CSA S37-13)

    28 Ton Boom Truck at MET Tower

    Waybest Tower keeps very involved in the MET tower industry. Depicted above we are changing out wind measurement devices, and are utilizing our 150ft max reach, 28 ton boom truck. We were fortunate to have a sunny day with acceptable wind conditions.

    Dismantling a 200 ft. Tower

    One of our crews recently dismantled a 200 ft. tower in Ponoka, AB. Earlier in the year we installed a new tower on location. We swapped over all communication equipment, making the old tower redundant.
